We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy for our digital products.

Refund Eligibility
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues with your purchase , you may request a product copy by sharing payment proof within 24 hours of the purchase date.

How to Request a Refund
  • To request a refund, please email us at topcrazydeal92@gmail.com within 24 hours of the purchase date, detailing the issue you are facing. We will review your request and respond within 5 working days post all information we receive to investigate.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Refunds will not be provided if:
    • The digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
    • The refund request is made outside of the specified timeframe.
    • The issue is related to the buyer’s failure to meet system requirements or technical issues beyond our control.

Processing Refunds
  • If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
